Windsor shopping centre becomes scene of stabbing after woman is asked to put on a face mask

A man has allegedly been stabbed at a shopping centre after a security guard asked a woman to put on a face mask.

The altercation took place at a shopping centre in Windsor, northwest of Sydney, on Tuesday night.

Police allege a 25-year-old man, a woman and two children were in the George Street complex about 8.20pm.

A security guard asked the woman to wear a face mask, which resulted in the man allegedly approaching, pushing and punching him.
