Sydney auctions: North Epping home attracts 16 first homebuyers as it sells for $1.39m

Sydney’s north west property market is continuing to see an up tick in buyers from across the city chase homes on larger blocks.

Several auctions in the region yesterday had more than 15 buyers register to compete.

One of those was at North Epping, which saw 16 first homebuyers battle over a four-bedroom house at 4 Woodvale Ave.
