POLICE STOP ALLEGED IMPORT OF 74KG’S OF HEROIN INTO WA AND NSW
An international police investigation has foiled alleged attempts by an organised crime syndicate to import approximately 74.5kg of heroin fromChina into New South Wales and Western Australia.
The investigation kicked off last month when officers intercepted several suspicious shipments in China, which were destined for Australia. When the consignments were examined 254 blocks of heroin, vacuum sealed in foil bags, were allegedly found.
